Systemair AXC
Systemair AXC axial duct fans effectively remove dirty, hot, smoky and hazardous air regardless of the application - indoor or outdoor, industrial or commercial.
Systemair AXC medium pressure axial fans can be used for supply or extract air temperatures from -20°C to +55°C. As a result, Systemair AXC medium pressure axial fans can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications. The high flexibility allows the fans to be designed exactly to the individual customer's requirements.
Systemair AXC medium pressure axial fans are available in sizes ranging from 315 mm to 1600 mm impeller diameter. The casing and construction of Systemair AXC fans are made of sheet steel with subsequent hot-dip galvanizing to ISO 1461 and press-fit flanges. The hub and adjustable blades with aerodynamic profile are made of aluminium. The axial fan impeller is dynamically balanced and paired with the corresponding IE2/IE3 motors. The change of blade angle and subsequent dynamic balancing is only carried out at the Systemair factory.

Installation of Systemair AXC fans:
AXC fans can be installed horizontally and vertically in both outdoor and indoor environments.
Thermal protection and speed control:
The motors are equipped with integrated PTC thermistors brought out on the fan terminal block, which must be connected to the corresponding thermal protection relay. Depending on the motor type, the fan speed can be controlled by a frequency converter or a pole switch. When using FM, it is recommended to use EMC marked models that are equipped with a shielded electrical cable between the motor and the external terminal block.
